When Oasis made their long-awaited return to stages around the world, they came back with more than just the live shows. They came back with a mission. In partnership with CIRCA, they launched
Project Rock ‘n’ Roll Stars – a limited edition fine art print campaign, repurposing Oasis’ very own creative legacy, to help put music back into UK state schools. Handwritten lyrics and images from their seven-night takeover at Wembley are all fuel for the future of music.
This isn’t just merch, it’s activism through art. Music education in UK state schools is under pressure. Project Rock ‘n’ Roll Stars is a direct response to this real crisis. When asked to help bring the iniative to the streets of London, UNCLE were more than happy to help. Appearing across London in bold, type-lead flyposters, the partnership called out the crisis for what it is. A visual protest, plastered in the city where Oasis first made noise.
